To ensure every athlete performs their best and stays safe on the field, all campers must complete the following preparation steps before day one:
1. Complete Your Baseball Profile: Required immediately.
Before arrival, a parent or guardian must fill out the official athlete information sheet.

2. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: 3 days before camp.
Don't wait until camp starts to drink water! Start increasing your water intake a few days prior to arrival to prevent cramping and dehydration on the field.
3. Prep Your Muscles: 2 days before camp.
Begin light, dynamic stretching at home. Getting your muscles warm and flexible now will help you avoid early-week soreness and injuries.
4. Fuel Your Body & Rest: The night before.
Eat a healthy, nutrient-dense meal and get a full night of deep sleep. A pro-level mindset starts with a well-rested body and optimal fuel!
We are looking for local businesses, creators, and brands to showcase their products at this year's summer camp. If your business aligns with youth sports, community wellness, or creativity, we want you there!
